Harlingen Concrete Contractor provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Harlingen, TX and surrounding communities. Our services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, retaining walls, pool decks, floors, and related concrete work. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and execution of a written proposal or contract between you and Harlingen Concrete Contractor.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. Acceptance of a quote or estimate does not constitute a binding agreement until a written contract or work order is signed by both parties.
All estimates provided by Harlingen Concrete Contractor are based on information available at the time of the site visit and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are not guarantees of final cost. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions, material costs, or project scope change after the estimate is issued. Any changes to scope or cost will be communicated to you in writing before additional work is performed.
Free estimates are provided without obligation. You are under no obligation to hire us after receiving an estimate.
Project start dates are confirmed once a signed agreement and any required deposit are received. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, permit delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a scheduled start date must change.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice after materials have been ordered may result in a restocking or material fee. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typical terms require a deposit before work begins and a final payment upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of contracting. Payments not received by the agreed-upon due date may result in a suspension of work until the account is brought current.
In the event that collection action is required to recover an overdue balance, the customer may be responsible for reasonable collection costs and attorney fees, to the extent permitted by Texas law.
Harlingen Concrete Contractor will obtain all required building permits for covered work as specified in the project agreement. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly included in the written estimate. All work is performed in compliance with applicable local building codes and City of Harlingen requirements.
Harlingen Concrete Contractor warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any specific warranty terms will be stated in your project agreement.

Minor cracking in concrete is a normal characteristic of the material and does not by itself constitute a defect. Control joints are designed to manage this movement but cannot prevent all cracking.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Harlingen Concrete Contractor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
If a dispute arises between you and Harlingen Concrete Contractor related to our services, we encourage you to contact us directly first. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing litigation or arbitration.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Cameron County, Texas.
Harlingen Concrete Contractor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
