We stand behind our work. The specific warranty terms for each project will be outlined in your written service agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, extreme weather events, tree root intrusion, or other factors outside our control.

Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor surface cracking over time due to normal curing and temperature changes. Minor surface cracking that does not affect structural integrity is not considered a defect.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harlingen Concrete Contractor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
